I know what brings you here - BOREDOM. We in India couldn’t realize the fact that all the cities and villages in such a big nation like us will be a lockdown just like other countries.

But when we stand in a situation like this - All we do is miss the old days of freedom. All we can do is to save ourselves and others just by staying home, and we’ve been put to forceful lockdown just to prevent the restriction of people’s movement.

 

Some people who have been attacked or exposed to this COVID-19 Virus aren’t aware of this fact and therefore it is recommended for you to become sensible enough and to self isolate yourself in quarantine, which will help you to save the life of yours and others as well.

People always focus on the physical condition that we feel about the quarantine but we should know that they are mentally or emotionally challenging periods. We’re going through a live pandemic, so we can’t ignore the physical aspect.

Sound funny right?! But trust me, at this time when we’re in self-isolation we can empower ourselves with the perspective of your career and can lead in the enhancement of your much-needed skills. Although it is not fun to join online classes in schools, it can be very delightful to enroll yourself in some online courses of your personal interest.

 

 

Indulge in ART

 

Boredom can boost the creative part of your brain and you can channelize this energy into something concrete like writing poems, songs and you can draw as well.

Just try something and explore the hidden potential you have and unleash the hidden part of your personality and you don’t know that it can help you to give you a new path in life.

 

 

Maintain Personal Diary

 

Only a few people have a habit of maintaining a personal diary but trust me, try it once. Try to articulate your experiences “sweet” or “bitter”. This not only helps you to monitor your days but also lead us to self-introspection, which eventually brings significant changes in our personality.

Yes, you heard it right!! We all know, how tough it is for us to self-isolate, leading to bad and negative thoughts and meditation can be a big cure to them. In day-to-day life, we all are busy enough and can’t find time for reading books or novels which you have wanted for long. Reading is really engaging and time-consuming things, thus killing your boredom in a nice and productive manner.

This is a must to do a thing and it all leads to adding to the cleanliness of your houses and your personal hygiene which is the root cause of this virus transmission.

Self Introspect

 

This is one of the main things that you can do when isolated, which is not possible when we engage ourselves with society and our peers, making you aware of what you really are and what you really want in your life.

List all of the things that you’re grateful for and what all you want to achieve in life and make a road map to those things and work with devotion.

There is no scope of doubt that we all love watching movies, and we all know that we have hella time to do a thing that we wanted to form long, you wish to watch movies and shows can be fulfilled in this time of crisis, so just watch all the oscar won films and academy award nominees as well.
